Method :
- Place the sesame seeds on a baking
tray and toast under a hot grill until golden.
- Finely slice the spring onions.
- Cut the broccoli into small
florets.
- Cut the capsicums in half, and cut
into thin strips.
- Cut the mushrooms in half.
- Heat the oils in a wok or large
frying pan.
- Add the garlic, ginger and spring
onion.
- Stir fry over medium heat for 1
minute.
- Add the broccoli, capsicum and
mushrooms.
- Stir fry for a further 2 minutes,
or until the vegetables are just tender but still bright in color.
- Combine the soy sauce, honey and
sweet chili sauce in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked
vegetables, and toss lightly to combine.
- Sprinkle with the toasted sesame
seeds.
