Method :
- Using a small, very sharp knife,
peel the oranges, removing the outer covering of membrane.
- Carefully cut the oranges into
individual segments, cutting off any remaining membrane at the same
time.
- Carefully toss the orange segments
with the noodles, poppy seeds, chives and dressing.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at
least 1 hour before serving.
