oranges, peeled, all white pith removed, sliced

grapes, halved, pips removed
175 g
fresh dates, skins and stones removed, halved
2 large
bananas
40 g pine
nuts
4 tbsp
apricot brandy
1/2 tsp
rose essence
1 tbsp
lemon juice |
Method :

Cut oranges into small wedges, put into bowl.

Add grapes and halved dates.

Peel bananas and slice directly into
bowl.
-
Stir in remaining ingredients, cover.

Refrigerate 3-4 hours.

Bring back to room temperature before
serving with sponge cakes or fingers.
Note :
An exotic winter fruit salad, fragrant
with rose essence and apricot brandy.
