Method :
- Peel bananas.
- Cut diagonally into thick slices.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice then put
1 sliced banana on to each plate.
- For dressing, beat together peanut
butter, soured cream and lime juice.
- Season with celery salt and extra
salt as desired.
- Spoon over bananas then garnish by
sprinkling with paprika.
Note :
Nestling beneath a peanut butter
dressing, these salads go extremely well with fish, poultry and offal
dishes.
