Method :
- Parboil shrimps, mussels and
scallops separately for a while.
- Wash and drain well.
- Wash mung bean thread and soak
until soft.
- Skin pumpkin and cut into pieces
or rings.
- Marinate with grated garlic for 15
minutes.
- Steam together with mung bean
thread in stock over high heat for 25 minutes.
- Add mussels, shrimps and scallops.
- Steam for another 5 minutes.
- Deep fry spring onion in warm oil.
- Add sauce and liquid from steaming
pumpkin.
- Bring to the boil.
- Pour over pumpkin.
- Serve.
