Method :
- Heat half the oil in a thick
bottom wok.
- Add ginger and garlic paste.
- Stir fry for a minute.
- Add red chili powder, coriander
powder, cumin powder and salt to taste.
- Add tomatoes and stir fry till
tomatoes are cooked.
- Strain and keep aside.
- Heat remaining oil.
- Add onion seed, fenugreek seeds,
mustard seeds and whole red chilies.
- Let them crackle and add to the
strained sauce.
- Add cherry tomatoes to the sauce
and simmer for about 4 minutes.
- Serve immediately, accompanied by
steamed rice.
