Stir Fried Mushrooms Cooking

Method :
- Heat oil (2 tbsp) in a wok.
- Stir fry the quartered mushroom
over medium heat for a few minutes.
- Remove and keep aside.
- In the same oil stir fry the
shredded cabbage until the liquid evaporates.
- Pound the red chilies and
coriander seeds with a pestle.
- Heat the remaining oil in a wok.
- Sauté the onions till they are
transparent.
- Add the garlic paste and stir for
20 seconds over medium heat.
- Add the pounded red chilies and
coriander, garam masala and salt.
- Stir for 30 seconds.
- Add tomatoes and cook till the oil
separates.
- Add the green chilies, ginger and
half the green coriander and stir.
- Add the stir fried mushroom and
cabbage and cook for a few minutes.
- Garnish with julienned capsicum
and the remaining green coriander.
- Serve hot, you may serve with
rice.
