Slow Oven Cottage Cheese Recipes

Ingredients : |
500g
cottage cheese (paneer) cubed
50ml oil
2.5g
garlic cloves, fried
20g
onions, fried
15g
chironji paste
15g
cashewnuts paste
250ml
yoghurt
a pinch
saffron (kesar)
5 drops
vetivier (kewda) essence
15g yellow
chili powder
20g
coriander powder
salt to
taste
5 green
chilies, slit |
Method :
- Mix together oil, garlic cloves,
onions, chironji paste, cashew nuts paste, yoghurt, saffron,
vetivier, yellow chili powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Marinate the cottage cheese in
this mixture for 1/2 hour.
- Transfer the cottage cheese along
with excess marinade in an oven proof dish.
- Seal with dough or aluminum foil
and cook in a preheated 350F for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, garnish with
slit green chilies and serve hot, accompanied by steamed rice or
Naan.
