pomegranate (anar dana) seeds, dried, crushed

(haldi) powder
red chili
powder
green

Method :
- Heat butter in a heavy bottomed
pan.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric
powder, red chili powder and half of the pomegranate seeds and stir.
- Mix in the potatoes.
- Sprinkle salt and green chilies.
- Mix gently, so the spices coat the
potatoes evenly, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped
coriander and remaining pomegranate seeds.
