mushrooms
oil
onions,
sliced
garlic
paste
tomato,
chopped
turmeric
(haldi) powder
garam
masala
red chili
powder
green
coriander, chopped
salt to
taste |
Method :
- Cut mushrooms in slices.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry onions
until golden in color.
- Add garlic paste and chopped
tomatoes, mix well.
- Mix in turmeric powder, garam
masala, red chili powder and salt, fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in mushrooms and simmer till
mushrooms are tender, adding very little water if necessary.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and
serve hot, accompanied by any curry dish and chappatis.
