(fresh), grated

Method :
- Remove the strings from the beans
and chop finely.
- Boils beans in water (1 cup)
adding turmeric powder and salt, cook until beans are almost done.
- Drain excess water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Add mustard seeds, lentils and
whole red chilies.
- When mustard seeds begin to
crackle, add chopped onions and green chilies.
- Stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Add beans and stir fry till beans
are cooked.
- Add salt to taste and the grated
coconut, stir and remove from fire.
- Serve immediately accompanied by a
curry dish and steamed rice.
