Method :
- Place a layer of ice cream 25mm, 1" thick in a freezer tray.
- Spread thickly with sweet corn and cover with another layer of ice cream.
- Freeze in the deep freeze compartment for 45 minutes and serve in scoops on pink water biscuits.
- Good accompaniments are ground nuts or wheat germ sprinkles.
Freezing time : 45 minutes
