Method :
- Stir together the oats, sunflower
seeds, chopped hazelnuts and almonds, coconut, sesame seeds and
wheat germ.
- Mix the honey and oil and stir
into the dry ingredients to blend well.
- Spread on a lightly greased baking
sheet.
- Bake at 180C/350F/Gas 4 for 20
minutes, stirring frequently.
- Cool and pack into a storage jar.
Note :
Crunchy cereal mixture which is full of
flavor and which is delicious served with milk or yoghurt.
