Method :
- Put the muesli into a large bowl.
- Stir in the coconut.
- Melt the margarine and honey over
low heat.
- Stir into the dry ingredients and
mix thoroughly.
- Lightly grease a roasting tin.
- Sprinkle in the mixture but do not
press down.
- Bake at 190C/375F, gas mark 5 for
20 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture is evenly colored
and crisp.
- Leave until cold.
- Store in the airtight container.
Note :
This lightly toasted cereal has a
deliciously nutty flavor and texture. It is served with milk, cream or
yoghurt.
