Method :
- Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Oil 18-24 bun tins.
- Stir together the flour, bran,
soya flour, baking powder and salt.
- Gradually beat in the yoghurt,
eggs, honey and oil.
- Beat well.
- The mixture should just drop from
a spoon.
- Half fill the bun tins.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
Little brown buns which are full of
goodness, and which are particularly delicious at breakfast time.
