Roasted Mediteranean Style Vegetable Lasagna Recipes

50gm carrot
50gm zucchini, roasted
50gm egg plant, roasted
50gm mix capsicum, roasted
80gm tomato coulis
4 sheet lasagna skin
10gm seasoning
50gm mozzarella
20gm parmesan cheese |
Method :

Bake roasted
vegetables and tomato coulis for 2-3 minutes.

Arrange lasagna
skin. Put baked vegetables and tomato coulis on top to make three
layers.

Lastly, put
bechamel sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top and bake until
slightly brown (10-15 minutes).

Garnish and serve.
