Zucchini (Courgettes) au Beurre Cooking Recipes

Ingredients : |
750g
90g
1 tbsp
1 tsp |
zucchini (courgettes), medium-sized
butter or margarine
chopped parsley
chopped basil
freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Method :
- Trim zucchini, wash and dry.
- Cut into 2cm lengths.
- Drop into boiling water for five
minutes.
- Drain well, refresh under cold
water.
- Return to pan with butter,
parsley, basil and pepper.
- Reheat, serve hot sprinkled
lightly with salt.
