natural low-fat yoghurt
clove garlic, crushed

red capsicum (pepper), finely diced

Method :
- In a food processor or blender,
process spring onions, mango, lemon juice, orange and mango juice,
yoghurt and garlic.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Add grated cucumber and seasoning.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Garnish with sliced cucumber and
finely diced capsicum.
