Method :
- Place egg, cheese, crumbled bread
and seasonings in a bowl and mix with a fork.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a small pan and
cook the mixture 5 minutes each side, shaping it with an egg slices
into a nice round shape.
- When cooked turn onto serving
plate.
- Mix the remaining tsp of oil, the
butter and Vegemite together into a paste and spoon on top of
croquette.
- Serve with fresh tomato slices for
a tasty breakfast.
- Double and triple the ingredients
as required.
