Method :
- Stir boil the millet, buckwheat
and salt in the water for 10 minutes.
- The mixture should become stiff so
you may need a little more water.
- Remove from the heat and stir in a
bare tbsp of golden syrup, juice of a lemon and lastly, the wheat
germ.
- Double or increase the quantities
as required and if you have a liking for its somewhat bitter flavor
try molasses instead of syrup.
